Delivery & collection is included across London, but we still deliver elsewhere for a small fee to cover transport.

Setup and support
Our Theralux team member will set-up and show you how to use the unit, we will leave you with the manufacturers instructions and will be on hand to provide support if needed.
Out of hours delivery
You’re busy enough as it is, our team will work with you to find a delivery slot that works for you.
Collection
We will be in touch with you as you near the end of the hire to see if you would like to extend or to organise a collection time.
Post-hire survey
We may ask you to complete a post hire survey, this is used to monitor the effectiveness and better improve the service.
